The Mission Critical team consists of construction and technical professionals working with one another and with customers to develop creative solutions for turning construction ideas into reliable outcomes. As a On-Site Senior Estimator you will be responsible for supervising and assigning bids to a regional estimating staff. This position is additionally responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. This position must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received, as well as work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business and ensure customer needs are being met.
