## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in IT desktop or helpdesk support.
 * Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.
 * Strong hands-on experience with MacOS and iOS support (Apple device setup, MDM, etc.).
 * Must be able to travel on a needs basis, based on the nearby location in the Bronx, Tarrytown, and White Plains. The client will cover the mileage and the tolls
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Having a valid driver's license and access to a car is mandatory.

## Description

* Provide end-user application and desktop support for both Windows and Apple environments (MacOS/iOS).
 * Troubleshoot and resolve incidents at first contact or escalate appropriately.
 * Define, document, and analyze incident scope to identify root causes.
 * Monitor and prioritize incidents based on severity; ensure timely issue resolution.
 * Perform software installations, access provisioning, and application deployments.
 * Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
 * Build strong relationships with end-users through professional communication and support.
 * Ensure adherence to service-level agreements and proactive issue management.
 * Complete IT governance and project assignments within set timelines.
 * Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.
 * Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
