## About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to help manage the front end of my client acquisition process., You must:

 * Have excellent written English
 * Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
 * Be extremely detail-oriented
 * Follow instructions carefully
 * Communicate proactively
 * Be comfortable working independently

## Description

Your job is to identify the right companies, find the right decision-makers, organize data accurately, and help keep the outreach engine running consistently.

We are a growing construction consultancy working with contractors across the United States. Attention to detail is critical. Accuracy is far more important than speed.

Initially this will be up to 5hrs per week.

Responsibilities

Lead List Creation

Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will:

 * Review my saved company searches
 * Extract companies into Excel
 * Validate that each company fits my target market
 * Remove companies that are not relevant
 * Organize and maintain clean lead lists

Contact Research

For each approved company you will:

 * Identify the correct decision-makers
 * Find Presidents, Owners, CEOs, Vice Presidents, Commercial Directors and other appropriate senior leaders
 * Save the correct contacts in Sales Navigator
 * Ensure every contact matches my target criteria

LinkedIn Relationship Management

Once connection requests are accepted you will:

 * Verify they belong to the correct target market
 * Send personalized messages using templates and guidance I provide
 * Keep outreach organized and documented

CRM & Spreadsheet Management

Maintain accurate spreadsheets including:

 * Companies contacted
 * Contacts saved
 * Connection status
 * Follow-up status
 * Meeting status
 * Notes

Attention to detail is extremely important., The trial will involve:

 * Reviewing a small list of companies
 * Validating target companies
 * Finding the correct decision-makers
 * Organizing the information into a spreadsheet, * In order to facilitate easy payment, US based candidates required. Where do you reside?
 * What is your desired hourly rate for this role WITHIN the budget specified?
 * How much experience do you have using LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
 * What steps do you take to ensure your work is accurate before submitting it?
 * Are you available to start immediately?
