Experience with Zoho's Endpoint Central and Microsoft Windows ADK. * Working knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for laptops, tablets, peripherals, and basic networking * Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows ## Description The IT Technician - Fleet Imaging & Device Management is responsible for the preparation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of BAM!'s fleet of computers and tablets. This role is focused on ensuring that all technology assets are properly configured, fully functional, and ready for deployment - working in close collaboration with the Engineering team and program instructors. This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
