* 12+ years of Data Engineering/Analytics experience with 3+ years as a Technical/Solution Architect.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture).
 * Experience designing enterprise data platforms, data quality, schema validation, and governance frameworks.
 * Strong Python and SQL skills.
 * Experience with Azure AI Services (Document Intelligence/Form Recognizer).
 * Healthcare, insurance, or financial services domain experience preferred.
 * Excellent client-facing communication and technical leadership skills., * Microsoft Fabric : 8 years (Required)
 * Insurance Claims Modernization: 8 years (Required)
 * Technical Architecture : 5 years (Required)

## Description

* Design and govern Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture (OneLake, Bronze/Silver/Gold, Delta Lake).
 * Architect scalable data ingestion, transformation, and data quality frameworks using Fabric Data Factory.
 * Define canonical data models for claims, eligibility, and policy data.
 * Integrate Azure AI Document Intelligence for document extraction and automation.
 * Establish data governance, security, RBAC, PHI protection, and compliance standards.
 * Lead architecture reviews, engineering standards, sprint planning, and technical delivery.
 * Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to drive solution design and implementation.
