## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED required.
 * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
 * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
 * Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
 * Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 30 pounds., * Previous IT internship, help desk, or technical support experience.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
 * Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
 * Respond to and resolve user support requests through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
 * Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
 * Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless devices.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
 * Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
 * Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
 * Support production floor technology, including barcode scanners, label printers, and manufacturing workstations.
 * Follow company IT security policies and procedures.
 * Assist with special IT projects as assigned.
