* Associate Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

 * CompTIA A+ certification required.

 * Experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

 * Knowledge of software installation, system updates, and technical problem resolution.

 * Experience supporting computer and telecommunication systems.

 * Ability to provide end-user technical support and user training.

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook).

 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 * Ability to travel using a personal vehicle for onsite support., * Must be comfortable for driving with own vehicle.
 * Must be Flexible to work various shifts, including occasional weekends as needed.
 * Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Tech

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA Certification (Required)
