Equivalent hands-on HVAC experience will be considered in place of formal education or certifications. ## Description Winsupply Minneapolis is looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Support & Applications Specialist to support our customers, sales team, and growing HVAC equipment business. This position is designed for someone with strong HVAC knowledge who enjoys solving problems, helping contractors, and ensuring equipment is selected, installed, and applied correctly. You will serve as a technical resource for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, working directly with contractors by phone, email, and in person. You will not spend every day doing the same thing. One day you may help diagnose an equipment issue, and the next you may review a system application, identify replacement equipment, assist with a warranty claim, or train a contractor on a new product.
