## About the Role

* The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technology and/or a minimum 1-3 years' recent experience supporting technology in an enterprise-wide internal Service Center environment.
 * A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X) is desired.
 * Should demonstrate strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.

## Description

As a Technical Support Associate, you will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our client internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit.
Responsibilities:

 * Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Client with over 6,000 users.
 * System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
 * Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
 * Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
 * Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status.
 * Document work in various tools. (Remedy, Clarity)
 * Provide excellent customer support to Client employees..
