## Description

* Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.
 * Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective.
 * Perform DB/Architecture design.
 * Implement test scripts for backend API.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.
 * Implement scheduled call back related features.
 * Design and implement service monitoring system.
