Key Responsibilities Strategic Influence: Navigate a complex matrix organization to drive architectural alignment. You must be able to win "hearts and minds," convincing senior leadership and engineering teams to adopt modern patterns without having direct reporting authority over them. Modernization Blueprinting: Define the path for "Application Re-architecture." This includes moving from monolithic banking cores to event-driven, domain-centric architectures. High-Stakes Presentation: Translate "Architectural Debt" into "Business Risk." You will regularly present to the CTO, CISO, and Line-of-Business heads, simplifying complex technical trade-offs into actionable executive decisions. Outcome-Oriented Governance: Move beyond "check-the-box" governance. Establish guardrails that empower developers to move fast while ensuring the bank remains secure, compliant, and resilient.
