The right candidate will have both a strong technical background and demonstrated experience in technical management or program/product management. You will partner with engineers, TPMs, Product Managers, and senior leadership to create world-class solutions that delight millions of customers globally., * Lead cross-functional program execution, partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver customer-facing features and foundational services * Drive architectural decisions and technical planning for complex, large-scale systems handling massive data sets and ML model serving * Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs balancing customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints * Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them successfully and on time * Coordinate and plan across multiple teams, finding technical solutions that span services and applications * Cultivate relationships and earn trust with teams both inside and outside your organization, using diverse unblocking tools and mechanisms * Lead Think Big processes, ensuring the organization looks around corners and plans the right investments * Identify and create mechanisms that raise the bar on quality and speed of delivery Gather high-quality requirements and drive toward optimal architectural outcomes * Track and communicate the path to delivery within and across the organization A day in the life As a Senior TPM, you will lead collaboration across multiple teams and organizations, driving the planning, architecture, and delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
