## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.

 * In-depth expertise in server management, networking, virtualization, and information security fundamentals.
 * Practical experience with enterprise platforms including Active Directory, VMware environments, SAN/NAS storage, and firewall technologies.
 * Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on system optimization and performance tuning.
 * Experience utilizing automation tools and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
 * Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline practices.
 * Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams effectively. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.

## Description

* Develop and deploy scalable infrastructure environments (including on-prem and hybrid server setups) that support core business functions.
 * Oversee and maintain network systems, server environments (Windows/Linux), storage platforms, and disaster recovery strategies.
 * Configure, optimize, and support virtualization technologies such as vSphere and vCenter.
 * Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
 * Enforce security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices while proactively monitoring performance to reduce outages.
 * Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure planning aligns with company objectives. Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals.
 * Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines for internal use.
 * Mentor and support Helpdesk staff through training and knowledge sharing.
