You will partner with laboratory staff, pathologists, clinicians, vendors, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, support implementations, and ensure laboratory teams have the tools they need to deliver high-quality care. What You'll Do * Provide day-to-day application support by responding to end-user incidents, service requests, and system-related issues in a timely and customer-focused manner. * Troubleshoot application, interface, hardware, peripheral, and instrumentation issues in collaboration with laboratory stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams. * Participate in application implementations, upgrades, testing, configuration, workflow optimization, and change management activities. * Develop and execute test plans, perform software quality assurance tasks, and support reliable system performance. * Create and maintain end-user documentation, provide training, and help users confidently operate supported applications. * Run reports, update tables, maintain application data, and complete operational tasks that support the software environment. * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce disruptions, and strengthen application support processes. * Participate in regular team meetings to share updates, discuss priorities, and collaborate on team initiatives.
