The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Management (Requirements Analysis) - Senior professional, to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, to assist in aligning processes and technologies that enable effective information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production. This position is responsible for leveraging centralized and peripheral databases, content management and records management systems, and for shaping workflows and processes to optimize the search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data. The Knowledge Manager will ensure the dissemination of intelligence products across multiple networks and portals and will play a key role in capturing performance metrics and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities. What you'll be doing: * Assist in aligning business processes and technology platforms to improve information sharing for analyst-driven production and organizational efficiency. * Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management systems to inform and shape workflow and process improvement initiatives. * Develop and compile reports on performance and usage metrics, as well as future requirements for knowledge management (KM) capabilities, with focus areas to include search, discovery, storage, retrieval, and formal production/taskings. * Disseminate intelligence products across diverse networks and portals to meet organizational and mission requirements. * Develop information system requirements that align with mission objectives and conform to Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Intelligence Community system architecture standards. * Capture or update user and functional system requirements through user interviews, system reviews, and process assessments. * Support the creation of logical data models based on analyzed functional requirements. * Develop use cases for new applications, assessing detailed system attributes such as input and output requirements, information flow, hardware/software specifications, and system reliability. * Interface directly with users to define problems, determine system data availability, validate requirement accuracy, and resolve issues related to system design. * Demonstrate ability to work under moderate supervision as an integral part of a knowledge management team, coordinating and actively participating in all related KM meetings and activities. * Maintain and update requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness, for inclusion in various data repositories. * Document Operational Instructions (OIs) for command-wide programs and initiatives, as assigned by the Government. * Fulfill additional duties as Knowledge Manager, including: * Administrative management and assignment of government laptops, CAC readers, and peripherals to assigned employees, under the oversight of the Accountable Property Officer and with the approval of USCYB Government Leaders. * Coordination and transportation of government laptops within the National Capital Region (NCR) to ensure ongoing security compliance and system updates. * Administration and oversight of data transfers for Cross Domain Activities (Low to High, High to Low, and Secret), maintaining appropriate logs and security protocols. * Providing digital documentation and process support to end-users involved in Cross Domain Data Transfer activities. ## Related Videos - [Why make use of an integration platform in today's software developments and infrastructure?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/758-why-make-use-of-an-integration-platform-in-today-s-software-developments-and-infrastructure) - [Microservices?
