We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality technical solutions while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our employees., The Unified Communications (UC) Systems Engineer applies a systems engineering methodology to the design, integration, installation, interoperability, and maintenance of Unified Communications technologies. These technologies include telephony, video teleconferencing (VTC), chat platforms, IPTV, digital signage, mass notification systems, land mobile radio (LMR), audio-visual meeting management (AVMM), and Skype solutions. In addition to supporting the implementation and sustainment of these systems, the UC Systems Engineer is responsible for integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and interfaces into both developmental and operational Unified Communications environments to ensure reliable, scalable, and interoperable solutions.
