Design of experiments (DOE) for process analysis/changes. * Experience with basic failure analysis: reflectometry, OM SEM, TEM, FTIR and cleanroom environment. * Familiarity with self-assembly of surfactants, lipids, emulsions, and its molecular interactions. * Knowledge of JMP software for statistical analysis is a plus. * General knowledge of computer/programming skills: MATLAB, Mathematica, Origin, LabView and image analysis.
