 * Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives impacting multiple business units and global markets.
 * Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience (Desired):

 * Background in hardware/software engineering or product development.
 * Experience in globalization and localization strategies for large-scale consumer products.
 * Familiarity with performance and scalability engineering practices.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

## Description

* We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a proven track record in driving complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
 * The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale programs in cloud infrastructure, security, machine learning, and global product strategy.
 * You will partner with senior engineering, product, and leadership teams to define program objectives, manage execution, and deliver innovative solutions at scale., * Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, and security compliance.
 * Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics for programs.
 * Establish and track measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
 * Define program goals, establish roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple engineering teams.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and deliverables.
 * Manage risk, dependencies, and trade-offs across complex programs.
 * Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements in products and infrastructure.
 * Partner with teams globally to ensure localization, globalization, and market readiness for products and services.
