## About the Role

2-4+ years of experience in desktop support, networking, or telecom.

Strong understanding of network fundamentals, MDF/IDF layouts, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

Experience with hardware support, cabling basics, and AV systems (training available).

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited onsite support.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable interacting with executives and property leadership.

Ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve in a non-traditional IT environment.

Apex Systems is looking for a Technical Support Tech who excels in their role and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our client's internal and external end users and clients., Seeking a versatile, customer-focused Technology Support Technician to serve as the primary onsite technical resource for the Resort property. This role supports a wide range of technology needs including networking, Wi-Fi, telecom, desktop hardware, AV systems, and general IT troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is a true jack-of-all-trades with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic resort environment
