## Description

* Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and management
 * Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
 * Record and submit time worked on each task to aided in proper billing to clients
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, servers, and peripherals.
 * Install and configure Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, servers.
 * Create documentation for clients and internal use.
 * Monitor service calls and ensure timely resolution.
 * Manage short-term projects.
