NOTE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for the required qualifications. ## Description What You'll Do: Build & Test Integrations * Design and develop Workday integrations for HCM and Payroll processes. * Configure advanced integration solutions using Workday tools (EIBs, Studio, APIs, integration cloud platform). * Partner with fellow integration engineers to share knowledge and ensure consistency. Support, Maintenance & Troubleshooting * Monitor integration health and resolve issues across internal and external systems. * Conduct root-cause analysis and improve error handling and performance. * Maintain clear, accurate documentation. * Use tools (e.g. Oxygen, Workday Studio) to enhance the support process. Integration Analysis & Design * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. * Collaborate with downstream technical teams to discuss design and impacts. * Participate in end-to-end system testing. * Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing integrations. Communication & Collaboration * Communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences. * Escalate risks appropriately and coordinate with partner departments and vendors. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Perform other duties as assigned., This position offers flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid telework schedules have a minimum requirement of three days onsite per week, which is subject to change at any time at the mayor's discretion. Standard business hours with occasional evening/weekend or on-call work. Individual schedules are based on operational needs and agreement between the employee and their supervisor., Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation in compliance with Seattle's Fair Chance Employment Ordinance, SMC 14.17.
