## About the Role

* Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
 * Experience with SQL and Anthology Student.

 * Ability to collect, analyze, interpret and communicate data from multiple sources; identify and resolve data integrity issues.

## Description

Responsibilities: The Data Specialist reports to the Assistant Director of Institutional Research and develops reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support college operations and strategic decision-making. The position collects, analyzes, interprets, and visualizes data from internal and external sources to identify trends, answer complex business questions, and provide actionable insights. Working within the Office of Institutional Research, the Data Specialist develops SQL queries, automates reporting processes, ensures data integrity, and transforms data into meaningful information that supports planning, enrollment management, student success, and institutional initiatives.
