## About the Role

* Secret clearance.

 * Associate degree in an IT related field or four years' professional experience.

 * Current certification that meets the requirements for the DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) at the Basic proficiency level.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of basic physical computer components and IT architecture.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting system hardware and software.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of configuring and validating network workstations.

 * Demonstrated knowledge of documenting and querying reported incidents.

 * Knowledge of interoperability of Army and/or Joint Mission Command systems.

 * Experience providing IT support in an Enterprise environment.
