## Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a to support a federal defense organization focused on enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and mission-critical business systems. This position is on-site in . The will design, build, and optimize Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that enable efficient, secure, and scalable operations. This role directly supports a high-visibility mission environment where reliable digital workflows are essential to operational success.

 * Designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) to support complex business processes and large-scale data management
 * Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and reliability
 * Developing and integrating SharePoint list- and library-driven solutions, including item-level permissions and multi-list data synchronization
 * Optimizing application performance using delegation, efficient data handling, and best practices for large datasets
 * Collaborating with analysts to translate documented business requirements into scalable technical solutions through iterative development cycles
