## About the Role

* Perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs.
 * Use Confluence sites and historical tickets to restore system.
 * Ability to work rotating shifts., * No demonstrated experience is required.
 * A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
 * Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

## Description

* We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems. You will perform Level 1 restoration using documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Confluence sites, and historical tickets, while maintaining seamless system functionality. This position requires working 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to support 24/7 mission operations.
