## About the Role

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a two-year degree in IT along with one to three years of related experience.

## Description

Overseeing special projects from start to finish, including necessary research, proposals to IT management, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.

 * Perform support on calls and emails involving PCs, printers, and other hardware,
 * Provide technical support and consultation in the use of Windows OS and other programs and applications.
 * Administration and support of hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 with Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange and Teams.
 * Support various virtualized Windows application servers. Update and patch servers and applications as needed.
 * Review and maintain documentation for various systems and applications in the environment.
