## Description

D417 is currently seeking a Program Representative to assist the manager, supervisors, and engineering teams in executing the department mission. This role focuses on organizing, coordinating, and supporting non-technical elements of engineering and program execution activities.

Specific responsibilities may include:

 * Managing government furnished information (GFI), technical requirements, and purchase orders
 * Assisting Task Leads with task management responsibilities
 * Updating and maintaining integrated product schedules
 * Analyzing department overhead spending and making recommendations to leadership
 * Coordinating department hiring plans and execution
 * Tracking and planning training to support employee development and address department skills gaps
 * Developing, tracking, and assessing performance metrics
 * Supporting the department surveillance program
 * Working with and providing assistance/backup to the directorate program rep

Assignments will be tailored to the selected applicant's experience, skill set, and professional goals, as well as the evolving needs of the department.
