Technical Skills: * Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM (11.x/12.x/13.x) * Hands-on experience in Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, Change Management, Document Management * Experience with Creo Integration (WGM) and CAD Data Management * Expertise in Windchill Customization using Java, JCA, JSP, MVC, Info*Engine, OData, REST APIs, and Web Services * Experience in Windchill Upgrade, Migration, and Performance Tuning * Strong understanding of Windchill Data Model, Access Control, Lifecycle, Workflow, and Business Rules * Experience integrating Windchill with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, Teamcenter, Enovia, and third-party systems * Knowledge of Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and Data Migration strategies * Strong database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL) * Experience with Apache Tomcat, Method Server configuration, LDAP, SSO, and Security * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies is desirable * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Master's degree is preferred.
