## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Or a related engineering discipline
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Ergonomics Engineering or Automotive Manufacturing
 * Experience performing ergonomic risk assessments in a manufacturing environment.
 * Knowledge of assembly processes and workstation design.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and plant teams., * Experience in automotive manufacturing or vehicle assembly operations.
 * Familiarity with Digital Human Modeling (DHM) software and ergonomic simulation tools.
 * Experience working with CAD models in a manufacturing environment.

## Description

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

 * Reviewing future assembly line jobs before production starts.
 * Using CAD and simulation tools to identify ergonomic concerns.
 * Evaluating workstation layouts, tooling, and material presentation methods.
 * Working with engineers to redesign tasks that may lead to injuries or inefficiencies.
 * Supporting assembly line readiness during vehicle launches.
 * Participating in shutdown and critical launch support activities when required.
 * Driving continuous improvements that enhance employee safety, quality, and productivity.
