* Candidates should have a good knowledge and be familiar with Automotive closures and Interior test requirements and standards.
 * Automotive OEM experience
 * Engineering Degree needed

## Description

This role focuses on executing validation and verification tests, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring regulatory compliance across closures and interior systems.

 * Execute validation and verification tests on body system components and subsystems.
 * Define test methods, acceptance criteria, and test environments.
 * Document findings and provide root cause analysis when required.
 * Work with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve test failures.
 * Document test results in detailed engineering reports.
 * Maintain traceability of issues and test findings through issue tracking systems (e.g.: JIRA).
 * Present test results to internal stakeholders and participate in design reviews.
 * Manage, track, and deliver any required test property updates and retrofits.
 * Drive delivery of testing to project milestones.
 * Ensure quality test reports and proper data collection.
 * Deliver efficient test property usage through re-use strategies.
 * Communicate all test results to the cross-functional team.
