## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) or more years of experience supporting and optimizing clinical information systems in a healthcare environment.

Experience supporting an enterprise Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.

Demonstrated experience contributing to complex projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and facilitation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Experience with project management and IT service management methodologies such as ITIL or PMP.
