Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, this role is responsible for maintaining website content, executing email marketing campaigns, monitoring digital performance, and supporting integrated communications initiatives that enhance user engagement and advance the organization's digital strategy., Website & Email Management * Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organizational messaging. * Plan, build, test, and deploy email campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing. * Troubleshoot website and email issues, coordinating with vendors and technical partners as needed. * Implement and monitor digital accessibility best practices in collaboration with internal and external partners. Digital Performance & Optimization * Monitor and analyze website and email performance metrics, using data and insights to support optimization efforts that improve engagement and overall performance. * Provide recommendations to enhance user experience, audience engagement, and conversion across digital platforms. * Stay current on emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement of the organization's digital strategy. Collaboration & General Responsibilities * Collaborate with communications, content, and digital team members to support integrated marketing and communications campaigns. * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned., The incumbent is expected to work a schedule, whether in-person or hybrid, as determined by the department's needs to facilitate effective collaboration with the team.
