## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field (recent grads encouraged)
 * 1+ year of experience in operations, engineering, or related environment (internships count)
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI
 * Exposure to warehouse or manufacturing environments
 * Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems
 * Training or end-user support experience

 * Hands-on role supporting both office and warehouse floor operations

## Description

Join John Deere Part Services as a Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) Analyst and help modernize warehouse operations using data and advanced technology. This role focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and productivity through data-driven solutions and system implementations.

What You'll Do

 * Support implementation of modern warehouse systems and tools
 * Use Power BI, Python, and SQL to analyze data and improve operations
 * Assist with warehouse modernization initiatives (automation, digital tools, etc.)
 * Train warehouse staff on new systems and processes
 * Create training materials and provide on-site support
 * Troubleshoot system and implementation issues
 * Support Parts IT Modernization (PITM) deployments across facilities
