* We are seeking an Program Manager with deep capital markets Brokerage product Acquisition domain knowledge and also experience of agile program manager responsibilities., * An Agile Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
 * This role ensures alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and execution teams while driving Agile best practices, program governance, risk management, and continuous improvement., * Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
 * Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
 * Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
 * Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
 * Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and team collaboration.
