This consists of receiving requests confirming or facilitating completion of consent forms, logging the requests in the Meditech Correspondence Module and fulfilling the requests plus assisting patients with my health care patient portal. This role will also assist with chart completion adding deficiencies and reviewing discharge charts for scanning and indexing.
