## About the Role

* 3+ years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
 * Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
 * Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)

Bonus points if you have:

 * Additional ServiceNow certification
 * SAFe/Agile certification
 * Implementations in cloud environments

Security Clearance:

 * Active TS/SCI is required

## Description

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to help manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. In this role you will, work to drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery, as well as measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames. The person who fills this role will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence., * Manages development team, scope, project schedule

 * Manages Risk and Issues
 * Project Administration (internal and with client)
 * Responsible for adherence to the Plan
 * Manages dependencies
 * Manages project budget
 * Escalation point for project team
 * Overall accountability for ensuring quality solution developed and deployed
