## Description

The Senior UX/UI Designer leads complex design initiatives and plays a strategic role in shaping product experiences. This role owns design decisions end to end, mentors junior designers, and influences product direction through strong user advocacy, design leadership, and systems thinking., * Lead the Design of complex, multi-surface user experiences from concept to execution

 * Drive experience strategy, balancing user needs, business goals, & technical constraints
 * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define product vision & roadmap
 * Plan and apply user research and usability evaluation to inform design decisions
 * Own & evolve design systems, patterns, and experience frameworks
 * Lead UX/UI Designers, raising design quality across the team
 * Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling, data, and design rationale
 * Identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
