The AI Solutions Analyst provides day-to-day operational support for the firm's growing portfolio of AI-enabled products. The AI Solutions Analyst translates business needs into practical workflows and copilots, builds and tests solutions, and drives adoption. Their work will focus on hands-on development within existing firm platforms and data sources to deliver measurable impact. This role is attorney facing and requires strong consultative skills and a basic knowledge of legal workflows. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that enhance attorney productivity and client service delivery. You will work closely with legal teams to translate business needs into intelligent solutions using cutting-edge Gen AI platforms and play a key role in advancing our firm's AI initiatives. This role supports adoption and enablement efforts through frontline user support, documentation, testing, and issue tracking. The position plays a key role in capturing feedback, maintaining user-facing resources, and helping ensure a consistent and effective user experience across AI tools.
