This role is designed for a seasoned functional expert who can independently own one or more Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, lead complex troubleshooting, design and implement enhancements, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. The Senior Consultant provides advanced functional expertise, leads module-specific initiatives, mentors junior team members, and drives continuous improvement across client environments. Responsibilities Workstream Ownership & Advanced Support * Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules. * Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues, including root cause analysis and cross-module troubleshooting. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices, optimization opportunities, and roadmap planning. Configuration, Design & Enhancements * Configure, test, and document advanced system changes, enhancements, and reports. * Lead the design of new functionality, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Oracle best practices. * Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and release impact assessments. Integrations & Cross-Functional Collaboration * Manage and troubleshoot system integrations, working closely with technical teams. * Collaborate with Oracle Support and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues. * Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates. Client Engagement & Leadership * Lead client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions. * Deliver end-user training and create high-quality support documentation. * Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
