 * Must be able to pass a background check
 * Must live in or close to Bozeman, MT
 * Available to work 11pm to 7am shift when needed
 * Possess a strong desire to learn
 * Ability to communicate clearly in high stress situations
 * Ability to professionally interact with customers through written tickets and phone calls

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT professional to join our team at Hoplite Industries. As a MSSP IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring the security and integrity of their IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for cybersecurity and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

 * Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate and resolve technical and user issues related to network, system, and application problems.
 * Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to clients through written tickets and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
 * Collaboration: Work closely with our team of engineers to assist with seamless delivery of services and support.
 * Documentation: Record technical steps, findings, and decisions in our ticketing system and detail new processes and procedures in internal documentation to assist with future issues.
