## About the Role

* Technical diploma or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or heavy equipment technology (or equivalent experience).
 * Minimum 3 years of experience servicing mobile cranes, heavy construction equipment, or similar machinery.
 * Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and CAN bus systems.
 * Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documents.
 * Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

## Description

The Service Technician - Crane is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for SANY crane products, including diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and field service activities. This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely and professional service, supporting both dealers and end users., * Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on SANY cranes.

 * Conduct pre-delivery inspections, warranty repairs, and technical updates on customer and dealer units.
 * Support dealers and customers through on-site visits, phone, or remote diagnostic tools.
 * Document service work, parts usage, and repair time accurately in SANY service systems.
 * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and product support teams to identify root causes and develop corrective actions for recurring issues.
 * Provide feedback to improve service manuals, diagnostic tools, and training materials.
 * Assist in product testing, validation, and improvement projects as assigned.
 * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
