## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience providing enterprise network support in a healthcare or large corporate environment.
 * Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, switches, routers, wireless networks, and general network connectivity issues.
 * Strong understanding of network infrastructure and incident response processes.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently during overnight and weekend shifts.
 * Must be able to work onsite at the designated remote facility., * Experience supporting healthcare network environments.
 * Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network monitoring tools.
 * CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or other relevant networking certifications.
 * Experience working in a 24x7 operations or network operations center (NOC) environment.

## Description

Our client is seeking experienced Network Support Technicians to provide 24x7 operational support for a remote healthcare facility's network infrastructure. This is a short-term engagement (approximately 1-2 months) requiring onsite coverage during nights and weekends. The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting enterprise network environments, and the ability to respond quickly to network incidents to ensure continuous availability of critical systems., * Provide onsite network monitoring and support during nights, weekends, and other after-hours shifts.

 * Respond to and troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and infrastructure issues to maintain 24/7 uptime.
 * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering or infrastructure teams as needed.
 * Coordinate with IT staff to ensure seamless handoffs between business hours and after-hours support.
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities in accordance with organizational standards.
 * Perform basic network diagnostics and assist with restoring services during outages.
 * Support network hardware, connectivity, and related infrastructure to minimize downtime.
 * Communicate status updates and incident information to stakeholders throughout issue resolution.
 * Follow established IT service management processes and change control procedures.
