* 2+ years hands-on field-service/hardware experience (servers, networking, cabling) with demonstrated independent execution
 * Provisioning capability: BIOS/UEFI, RAID, firmware, OS installation.
 * Ability to follow runbooks and floor-layout diagrams precisely and instruct Level 1 colleagues.
 * Valid driver's license
