## About the Role

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and all interfacing systems. This position coordinates and implements technology in support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and enhances all associated business operational needs of the Client. The ERP Technical Analyst is responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the organization's business functions and processes, as well as adapting and maintaining well-planned and coherent solutions in the Human Resources (HCM), Procurement (SCM), and Financial (ERP & EPM) pillars. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field is required. A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in an IT technical analyst role with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud, is required. Knowledge of relational database management systems is required. Infor Lawson support experience is preferred.
Prior experience managing and executing enterprise level technology projects is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent English written and oral communication skills., 4+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions, with hands-on involvement in enterprise-wide implementations and production support across Human Resources (HCM), Procurement (SCM), and Financial (ERP & EPM) pillars.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration, REST APIs, middleware, interfaces, and ERP development, supporting integrations between Oracle and downstream business systems.
Proven experience developing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise integrations, data flows, and system interfaces while partnering closely with ERP administrators and business stakeholders.
Solid understanding of relational databases, technical problem resolution, and business process support, with the ability to analyze requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required; Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience strongly preferred.

Infor Lawson support experience is preferred
