## About the Role

* Basic understanding of Windows or macOS, and common office applications.
 * Familiarity with computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and internet troubleshooting.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 * Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
 * Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Internship or project experience in IT support is a plus.
 * Basic knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or remote desktop tools is an advantage.
 * Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, security+ is a plus)

## Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their careers in IT and Tech support. You will assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and ensure a positive support experience., * Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.

 * Diagnose and resolve basic software, hardware, and network-related issues.
 * Log, track, and update customer issues in the ticketing system.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to senior support engineers when necessary.
 * Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear and professional manner.
 * Install, configure, and support company software and applications.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of support processes and issue resolutions.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
 * Continuously learn new technologies and support best practices.
