Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees. ## Description The Resource Management Deployment Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and scalability of onboarding and transitions operations across the Risk Advisory service line. This position will act as the central point of coordination for staffing and deployment activities across new and transitioning projects, partnering closely with practice leaders, other Resource Managers, and delivery stakeholders to ensure the right talent is aligned to project needs at the right time.
