 * Proven experience in brow shaping, lash extension application, and related esthetic treatments.
 * Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is required.
 * Knowledge of retail sales techniques to recommend products such as lash serums or brow gels.
 * Familiarity with salon software platforms like Square or similar management tools.
 * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
 * Knowledge of sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment.

 * Educate clients on aftercare routines for lashes and brows to maintain their look longer.
 * Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations.
 * We use salon software systems like Square for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales transactions.
