 * 1-3 years experience.
 * Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills needed; including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, conditional formatting, data validation)
 * Familiarity with related programs/ tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, RedCap, PC-SAS
 * Solid understanding of database management and data visualization
 * Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR, and secure data-handling practices
 * A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for improving systems that support vulnerable populations

## Description

* Building and maintaining systems that integrate clinical, operational, and administrative data
 * Translating qualitative clinical information into measurable indicators
 * Designing data collection tools, workflows, and dashboards
 * Supporting clinical teams in applying assessment findings
 * Creating clear data summaries and visualizations for leadership and frontline teams
 * Conducting data validation and quality assurance (automated or manual)
 * Training staff on documentation standards, reporting systems, and data best practices
