## Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter who is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions across various industries. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool. The recruiter plays a vital role in delivering positive experience for both clients and job seekers while ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely and professional manner., * Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in client job openings across light industrial, hospitality, clerical, and professional roles.

 * Use job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to attract talent.
 * Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess skills and job readiness.
 * Match candidates to jobs based on experience, skills, and client requirements.
 * Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for high-volume roles.
 * Must meet or exceed gross margin (GM) goals and KPIs.

Client & Candidate Communication

 * Assist with onboarding, orientation, and first-day coordination for placed candidates.
 * Communicate job details, expectations, and workplace policies clearly to candidates in their preferred language.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Administration

 * Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
 * Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
 * Assist with E-Verify, background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks as needed.
 * Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety policies and procedures.
 * Partner with the client on safety training, incident reporting, and follow-ups.
 * Assist with internal or client audits as needed.
 * Other duties as assigned.
