Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines., * Minimum of two (2) years of experience delivering end-user training, support, or onboarding in a healthcare or clinical environment. * Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with NextGen EHR and Practice Management (PM) systems is preferred but not required. * Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively train users on system workflows and best practices. * Knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical terminology. * Strong technical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical proficiency. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing organizational needs. * Minimum two years of healthcare or healthcare technology experience preferred. * Ability to travel between locations as needed. ## Description The EHR Specialist supports the effective use, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related technologies.
